- How do I make payment?

- How do I find the transaction ID?
The transaction ID could also be called tx ID or Hashcode . The transaction hash is sufficient to automatically link your payment to your order. No screenshot is required.
If you're unsure how to find the transaction ID, Google it, example: "how do I find my transaction ID Binance" (replace Binance with your exchange or wallet service).
- I already paid but lost the payment page. What should I do?
Do not send another payment. Use the recovery form with the email used for the order, the selected network and the full transaction ID.
The payment will be submitted for manual review. Approved keys are sent to the matching order email; the recovery form never displays keys.
- What happens if I don't send enough USDC or USDT?
Always send the exact amount displayed on the payment page. If less reaches the address, the payment requires manual review.
We will deduct Top-Ups from your order based on the value of the missing funds.
- When will I get my key(s)?
Matching payments are delivered automatically after the transaction has been confirmed and finalized by the network. This normally takes a few minutes after the transaction is confirmed.
Your keys will be sent to your delivery email. They are not displayed on the payment page.
If the payment requires manual review, delivery may take longer depending on the time and day. Do not send a second payment while your first payment is being reviewed.
We recommend buying keys for weekend use prior to the weekend as it's not a guarantee orders will be fulfilled until Monday.
